Technelec has been responsible for the development of innovative resonant circuit technology in the LED power supply industry.  Technelec’s series-parallel (LCL) resonant circuits can be designed to inherently deliver constant current an LED system without requiring any current feedback.  This results in compact LED driver circuits with high efficiency since the additional losses of a current measurement resistor are not incurred.

New LED power supplies currently under development offer simple control of red, green and blue colour mixing LEDs without individual current sensors.
